90-Night Risk-Free Trial

Every Sleep Pillow comes with a 90-night risk-free trial. If you are not sleeping better after 90 full nights, email us and we will send a prepaid return label. You drop it at the nearest carrier location. We process your full refund within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the return.

We cover return shipping. No restocking fees. No store credit only. Full cash refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@walohalo.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will send a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
  3. Pack the pillow in any box and drop it at the carrier.
  4. Your refund is processed within 3 to 5 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will reship at no charge or refund immediately. Your choice.
